Danny and I were full-time broiler growers for Townsend Farms.  We finished our last flock of chickens in September of 2011.  This was the main income for our family and we were a little anxious as to how we were going to make ends meet for our family.  We knew that coming up was our busiest time for the pottery, so we have been putting in lots of long hours.  In the back of our minds the whole time we knew just to be still and know that God was going to take care of us. (Psalms 48:10)  We knew that if He shut one door He would open another one.
Then we received a call from the mayor of Robbins, NC.  She asked us if we would participate in a story on poverty in Moore County, due to us losing our farm contract.   This was to be a story that CBS would run on national news.  We thought a little bit and told her we would.  Needless to say, we had no clue this was going to be the opened door we were looking for at this time.  Since the CBS story ran, God has truly blessed our family with overwhelming stories of things other people are going through.  We are thankful for all the blessings that you have sent our way and the business that you have brought to our pottery shop.  We can never express the overwhelming joy that we have in our hearts for people like you.  Our children are also seeing how God truly blesses you if you just turn it over to Him and let Him do the work.  Hallelujah!  If you don't have Jesus in your heart, my prayer for you is that you will come to know him before it is eternally too late.  (John 3:16)

     God Bless You,
